Getting down into the nitty gritty of Ghandruk’s popular foods, a lot of these come from proximity and what was realistically available to the people of Ghandruk for so many years. Common ingredients found across Ghandruk’s cuisine include lentils, potatoes,tomatoes, cumin, coriander, chilies, peppers, garlic and mustard oil.Ghandruk’s food has aromas hard to forget coming from its broths, spices, herbs, and the freshness of its dishes.We rely less on using fats and more on chunky vegetables, lean meats, pickled ingredients and salads.
